The UNWRAP Career Fair takes place during both UNWRAP Oct. 29 & 30 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Depending on the number of portfolios you wish to see, you can choose either a two-day booth or a one-day booth.

UNWRAP offers a special discount (of 50%) for startups established in 2024 or later. To take advantage of this offer, please contact festival@unwrap.be before September 1.

Is there a special booth discount for startups?

Yes, UNWRAP provides a special discount for graduate-founded startups (2024 and later). To make use of it, please contact festival@unwrap.be

What food and drinks will be available during the festival?

Coffee, tea, and water are available free of charge throughout the day. Our bar is also open, offering soft drinks, wine, and beer for purchase. Lunch is included in all Professional Combi Passes. 

Students can purchase their lunch at student rates on-site. Prefer to explore? There are plenty of eateries in the immediate area.

What's included in my Career Fair booth?

This Career Fair Package is meant for professionals and companies on the lookout for talent. The package includes (for one or two days, depending on your booth type):

  • A branded booth in the Career Fair area: table, chairs, wifi
  • Access to talks and panels during the Industry Days  for 2 persons
  • Lunch for 2 persons
  • Access to networking reception and afterparty
  • Access to the dedicated Career Fair booking tool to schedule meetings with interns and alumni

Is there a deadline to apply as an exhibitor?

Yes, applications must be submitted by October 15th.
