NOS op 3: Bringing news on Twitch – NOS
The NOS is the Dutch public broadcaster for news, current affairs, sports and national and international events. Traditionally the NOS is a television and radio organization but to inform our audience the NOS is nowadays active on a wide array of platforms with different journalistic titles. NOS jeugdjournaal for children from 9-12 years old, NOS Stories for teenagers and NOS op 3 for 18–35-year-olds. NOS op 3 is mainly known by its short form podcast “Lang verhaal kort” and explainers on YouTube where complicated news stories will be explained in a clear way. As of November 2022 NOS op 3 started a weekly experiment streaming on Twitch, discussing and explaining the news while interacting with their streamer audience!
The innovation team of the NOS will share the insights gathered with this experiment.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
